- Certificate or Diploma in management or any related field.
|
- At least one-year related experience.
|
- Above average verbal and written Communication skills in English and at least 1 African language. Good hearing. Must be prepared to undergo a hearing test on request. Good listening skills to understand and carry out instructions correctly and accurately.

- Accurate administration and basic accounting ability and/or experience. Ability to prioritize. Be able to manage and have action plans for each department in rental.
|
- MS Word, basic Excel, and Outlook experience.
|
- Vibrant and friendly personality.
|
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines. Willing and able to work overtime when required. Assist Assistant General manager in any way that AGM may want.

- Smart, clean and neat personal presentation.
|
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
|
- Honest, reliable, conscientious, responsible and disciplined.
