You will: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Help set up banquet tables and buffet areas.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Clean rubbish bins with water.
- Sort and remove rubbish, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas.
- Receive and store supplies.
- Help with kitchen stock takes when needed.
- Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
- Help keep public areas clean, neat & tidy.
- Always be on time and keep your appearance as neat as possible.
