Afriski Mountain Resort invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the positions of a IT Technician at its Site at Mahlasela Pass.

Job Responsibilities

You will:

Hold the position guaranteeing the seamless functioning of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure within the organization.
Maintain and configure both hardware and software, effectively troubleshoot PC-related issues, ensure the integrity of the network, and closely monitor system security. Additionally, the IT Administrator actively engages in research and development initiatives to enhance IT capabilities, aligning them with the evolving needs of the organization. This role also encompasses the management of point-of-sale units and the organization and maintenance of access points.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar IT role.

In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Proficiency in LAN and WAN networks and adept troubleshooting techniques.

Strong capabilities in hardware and software installation and configuration.

Comprehensive understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
