HOD – Technical Services

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on, and forward-thinking Technical Services Manager to lead all resort infrastructure, maintenance, and technical operations.

Job Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage maintenance and upgrades of ski lifts, snowmaking equipment, grooming
    machines, water, power, sewage, buildings, vehicles and roads.
  • Lead facilities layout, design, and construction projects.
  • Supervise building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping.
    Implement safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring strong collaboration and
    accountability.
  • Manage departmental budgets and cost control.
    Oversee vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives in line with the resort’s environmental goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical/facilities operations, preferably in a resort
    or remote setting.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with resort systems (e.g. power/water systems).
  • Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
