- Relevant Hospitality Qualification.

- Certified Ezee Optimus Administrator.

- Health and Safety Officer.
|
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
|
- Physically fit and mobile with no back, leg or arm problems, must be 18 years or older. Able to reach, bend and frequently lift objects.

- Must be fluent in English and be able to speak, read and understand to a high standard. Basic math skills are essential.

- Able and willing to live at the resort.
|
- Must be familiar with Health and Safety regulations.
|
- Know and understand importance of food storage and the cold chain.
|
- This employee must be proactive in the work environment.

- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
|
- Mastery in portioning and costing in Food and Beverage functions.
|
- Communication and leadership skills.
|
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
