You will: - Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations across the resort.
- Ensure high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient operating procedures.
- Control food and beverage costs, budgets, and stock levels.
- Supervise, train, and motivate food and beverage staff.
- Coordinate closely with the Head Chef and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Plan and manage food and beverage services for events and peak seasons.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
