THE MUST-KNOW MOUNTAIN STUFF
(and not so small print!)
SNOW PASS REQUIREMENT
- All slope users must hold a valid Snow Pass, which grants access to all ski lifts and ski slopes.
- Please note that Snow Passes are not included in the fees of Private or Group ski lessons.
WEATHER & LIFT OPERATIONS
- Mother Nature has her moods! Please be aware that the T-Bar Ski Lift cannot operate when wind speeds exceed 47 km/h.
- High winds or unforeseen mechanical issues may occasionally affect lift operations. While these situations do not qualify for a refund, our team will always do their best to provide alternative lift options where possible.
REFUND POLICY
- We keep things simple and transparent:
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be paid directly into your bank account.
- Snow Passes, Ski Lessons, and Rental Equipment are refundable only in the event of an accident during a ski lesson, supported by a medical certificate issued by our in-house medical team.
